Jetstream · for engineering teams

Five weeks to an AI‑fluent team.

You bought the licenses. Jetstream turns them into a habit. Our engineers embed with your team and coach them on your real backlog. We measure the team at takeoff and again at landing, so you can see the change in the numbers.

The problem

Tool access isn't tool adoption.

Most AI rollouts stall for human reasons, not technical ones.

A few engineers get great results. Many try it, hit an "almost right" answer, and quietly go back to the old way. Network rules, memory limits and missing conventions add friction. Leadership sees the license bill but not the payoff.

Jetstream treats AI adoption as a change in how your team works. That takes coaching, practice on real problems and a clear picture of where the team started.

The program

Pre-flight to landing.

Group workshops and 1:1 pairing run every week. Each week has a focus, and your team's regular sprint work continues throughout.

  1. 0 Before takeoff

    Pre-flight

Sponsor briefing, tool and model access, and 1–2 real epics picked to work on.

  2. 1 Week 1

    Takeoff

A team baseline, a friction log and AI instruction files added to your repos.

  3. 2 Week 2

    Climb

Workshops on prompting, agentic workflows and AI code review, all on your codebase.

  4. 3 Week 3

    Cruise

1:1 pairing on live sprint work. Your team releases its first AI-assisted features.

  5. 4 Week 4

    Solo flight

Engineers work on their own. A mid-point check-in shows where the team needs more help.

  6. 5 Week 5

    Landing

Champions coach their peers. A final team scorecard, a 90-day plan and an executive readout.

What you keep

We leave. The capability stays.

Everything we build together lives in your repos and your wiki, owned by your team.

  • AI conventions in your reposInstruction files, review checklists and setup guides for your tools.
  • A shared skills libraryPrompts, skills and agent workflows built on your own code.
  • A before-and-after team scorecardWhere the team started and finished, plus the delivery metrics that moved.
  • An executive readoutA short, plain summary for leadership: what changed and what it's worth.
  • Trained internal championsEngineers ready to coach the next team, with a runbook to do it.
  • A 90-day adoption planClear next steps to spread the practice across your organization.
Is it a fit?

Built for teams that are ready to move.

Jetstream is for you if

  • You have an engineering team, ideally 4–8 engineers on one codebase
  • You've bought Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar, and usage is uneven
  • A leader needs to show a return on AI spend
  • You'd rather learn on real work than in a classroom

Probably not if

  • You don't have an engineering team yet (see Autopilot)
  • You need a large build delivered rather than skills transferred (see Flight Crew)
  • No one on your team can give the program a few hours a week
After landing

Where teams go next.

You don't have to sign up for anything after week five. When clients want more, it's usually one of these.

Questions

Jetstream FAQ

Won't five weeks of coaching slow our delivery?

No. Coaching happens on your real sprint work, so your sprint work stays on track. Most of the time is spent pairing on tickets you'd be doing anyway.

How much time does each engineer need?

Plan on a group session or two each week plus a 1:1 pairing session. The rest is applying it to normal work.

Our code is legacy or very specialized. Will this work?

Yes, and often better. Reading unfamiliar code, writing missing tests and planning migrations are where AI help pays off most.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you already have. We've worked with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor and others. The habits transfer across tools.

How is it priced?

Most Jetstream engagements land between $20,000 and $35,000, depending on team size. It's one fixed price, agreed before takeoff, with no change orders.

Ready for takeoff?

In a free 30-minute session, a senior engineer will look at how your team uses AI today and where Jetstream would pay off most.
